IP Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor Trademark, Industrial Design and Patent Search, Application and Office Actions and deliver the compiled document to the clients on time, both domestic and international
• Ensure that the IP Agent, both local and foreign country are engaged based on their capability to provide right price, good service and deliver result within agreed time
• Liaise with Embassies, Consulate Generals or Chamber of Commerce when required
• Scope of work covers Indonesia DGIP and all foreign IP offices / IP agents

Requirements

• Minimum S1 of any field (minor in Business Law / Economic Law / Engineering / other Natural Sciences would be an advantage
• Certified as an IP Consultant and an active member of AKHKI is a must
• At least 3 year of experience as an IP Consultant
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Verbal and Written)
• Good Computer skills and attitude for learning Various Programs
• Having own transportation would be an advantage
