Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Making Draft and Reviewing Agreement.
• Monitoring the expired date of company license and process the renewal.
• Carried out the activities related to legal and also the administration in Legal and Regulation Division.
• Preparing contract agreement for employee and other legal documents.
• Liaise with third party including mediation and negotiation process.
• Perform archives and documentation with complete, neat and easy to find if needed.
• Administrating all legal activities

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position.
• Candidate at Bachelor Degree at Law
• Understanding the management of legal documents to government agencies
• Understanding regulations relating to company.
• Honest, responsible, fast learner and having good communication and negotiation.
