Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Run the function as representatives of Brokerage in the vetting process of OJK (Bapepam-LK) and the stock exchange.
- Devise policies and procedures basic tasks of the compliance unit functions.
- Do prevention of disclosure of confidential data by employees.
- Provides assistance and/or conducting training to employees in the work unit that runs other functions in order to meet the compliance function.
- Compiling standard operating procedure compliance in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations on capital market.
