History
PT. Denata Persada beginning in 1986, in the wake of the establishment of PT.
Beta Jaya Sakti and changed its name to PT. Narendra Thadati Delta. Then in
2008 caused a shift in the Board of Directors, we again changed name so PT.
Denata Persada. PT. Denata Persada was founded by Prof. Dr. IR. H. Djuheri
(late), he was a great teacher and only one Professor in the lightning
protection knowledge in Indonesia. He was also appointed as Professor by the
national Campus with the scientific theme of the effect of lightning on a
flurry of people of Indonesia. PT Persada Denata nowadays developing and are
always working to create a company that remains so follow the technological
changes in the lightning protection system protection.
Legal
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the company's project & where placed.
- Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validation.
- Organizing a data base and storage of original documents of the company.
- Go to other companies or Government agencies to seek information or convey information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of degree Law
- Maximum age 30 years
- 1 year experience in their jobs or never worked at the notary
- Honest and conscientious
- Can work with either individually or in groups
- Can work under pressure
- It can work with a target set by the company.
