Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Perform Legal review of all forms of corporate legal documents and draft agreements with other parties so as to secure the interests of legally and not harmed either legally or financially
- Making the legal drafting of all agreements the company, shareholders, top management with other parties so as to accommodate the interests of a company in a safe and profitable
- Documenting all of the company's legal documents neatly and safely
Requirements:
- Law degree with GPA minimum 3.0
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in the field of Legal
- Have experience as a Corporate Legal/Notary Public/License preferred
- Have a Notary certificate or permit a lawyer/Advocate preferred
- Have a strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Understanding the Legal aspects of land/housing
