Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male
- Age max 30 year
- Min S1 Law
- Min 2 year experience
- Preferably have a certificate of professional advocate exam
- English speaking is added point
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Document processing enterprise licensing and legal issues that exist in the company
- Handle the paperwork and permits or legal Company ( Domisili , SIUP, IMB , UKL/UPL , etc )
- Assist in the task of HRD for licensing aspects of employment
- In charge of legal issues, both for civil and criminal issues
- Knowledge about legal aspect
