Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the subject of legalization the company, including legal drafting (the making of the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review.
- Escort business development
- Take care of permissions: extension of the TDP, NPWP, manufacture of FIRE etc.
- Control of conditions or new regulations (new ACT related business company)
- Responsible conduct of coordination over the function of general support
Requirements:
- At Least Bachelor Degree Majoring In Law
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a legal Corporation
- Maximum age 30 years
