Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
Requirements:
- Possess a Law Degree and be admitted to practice
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate law, litigation / dispute management, risk management, corporate, property and employment matters
- Good communication and negotiation skill
