Responsibilities:
- The process of legalization of documents to ensure the Company, compliance with regulations / provisions in force, among which are: Contracting, evaluation of business contracts with customers and / or vendors (MOU, MCC).
- Legalization internal company documents (SK, NDA).
- Review the Company's other legal documents.
- Drafting a business cooperation agreement
- Make its other business documents if necessary
- Implementation of licensing in accordance with applicable law
- Document licensing company.
- IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).
- Trademark registration.
Requirements:
- Legal background S1
- Maximum age 27 years
- Fluent in English with a good
- Mobile & willing to work overtime
