Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities:

• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
• Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
• Establishing contacts to help build the client database
• Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews

Requirements:

• Maximum age 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree from Psychology with min. GPA 2.80
• Having experience minimum 1 year at the same field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Mastering of psychological testing tools
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge in developing candidate selection process
• Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office
• Honest, hard working and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skill, proactive
