HRD Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handling all HR Administration such as overtime, annual leave, absence employee, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & other Insurance, outsource, etc
- Recruitment process (posting job advertisement, screening, inviting, interview candidate, medical check up process
- Expatriates Legalization Process
- Training New employee delivery
- All HRD related duties
Requirements:
- Age maximum 30 years
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) psychology or law
- Having minimum 2 years experience as HRD in reputable companies
- Understand Labor Law, HR Procedure & Policy
- Good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office application
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
