Legal Corporate Specialist

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Temporary position(s) available.
• Understand and expert in Corporate Action, Legal Contract Drafting, and Legal Due-Diligence

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing of the agreement: The agreement (JO / JV / BOT), shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, credit agreements, contractor agreements, agreements with suppliers / vendors, etc.).
• Drafting and reviewing of Power of Attorney, MOU, NDA, LOI, LOO and preparing documents and other legal correspondence for the benefit of the company.
• Documenting the letter, contract / agreement and all legal documents systematically (softcopy and hardcopy).
