Responsibilities:
- Legal administration between law firm/company lawyer, Headquarter Legal Compliance Dept. and each business unit (department), agreement checking and review, Contracts and related.
Experience Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor degree in Law, major in corporate law
- Have experience as legal staff min. 2 years
- Having good knowledge about contract, company vital records, and permit.
- Smart, having good skill of problem solving, honest, and highly motivated
- Max. 35 years old
