HRD Staff

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment process in accordance with the needs of the company
• Run the recruitment process from start to finish (ad posting, cv screening, scheduling, psychological test and reporting)
• Running the HR administration including attendance, travel, leave system employees, employee benefits and insurance
• Manage HR administration, data base and reporting
• Provide support on any program developed Human resources

Requirements:

• Placement in Jakarta
• Age 22-24 years
• At least S1 All majors, preferably of psychology or law
• Minimum 1 year in the field of Human Resources
• Communication skill and good interpersonal relationship
• Understanding the psychological test tool
• Able to apply Microsoft Office properly
• Have the ability to learn, the vision and mission to the future of a strong and clear
• Willing to make the trip out of town
