Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 (twenty-eight) years
- Education last a minimum of D3 (preferred majors Admin/Economy/Management)
- Have experience in the field of HRD at least 2 (two) years
- Mastering the interview method and psychological test
- Understand procedural HRD
- Able to work in a conscientious, diligent, tenacious, disciplined, and under pressure
- Knowing the rules of public employment
- Willing to be placed in the branch office area of Bandung, Cimahi
Responsibilities:
- The process of recruitment to the fulfillment of the needs of human resources
- Monitor attendance throughout the employee's branch
- Responsible for the implementation of the programme of employee training
