Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
- Legal Executive will carry out legal duties includes preparing agreement, provide legal advise as well as ensuring valid licenses and trademark certificates
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has a good communication skill in delivering legal messages either in written or verbally
- Well versed in general Corporate Law
- Understand regulation on public listed company (Capital Market Regulations), Intellectual Property Rights and Foreign Investment Regulation
