Relations Industry Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Of Law
• Master The Labor Law
• Have experience in handling big Unions
• Have a good understanding of the employment Agreement
• Have a good understanding of PP/PKB
• Able to communicate well with internal and external parties.
• Understand the process of settlement of the dispute.

Responsibilities:

• Establish good relationship with internal and external parties to support related activities industrial relations (industrial/employee relation).
• Being a representative of the management when discussing with the other party.
• Give punishment against internal abuses related to the rule in PP/PKB.
• Help resolve cases of violations of Employment Legislation was the best proposal Ofer &.
• Help review related provisions on the rights of the employee's duties & & & company monitors its implementation.
