Since 1989, the Company became a foreign capital investment company (PMA) through a joint venture agreement with Showa Electric Wire & Cable Co. Ltd Japan (now, SWCC Showa Cable Systems Co., Ltd.). Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
• Understanding the LAW of labor, cooperation agreement (agreement)
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
• Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law, a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Colonised Microsoft Office
• Have experience as a Legal minimum of 1 year (open to Fresh Graduated)
• Preferably have experience in Office
• Disciplined, honest, conscientious, able to work in teams and individuals
• Can speak English
• Willing to be placed on JL. Raya Narogong, KM 16. Cileungsi-Bogor 16820. Cileungsi (Near Kota Wisata & Cibubur)
