Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and review contract of agreement, any license of company, litigation and other document
- Coordinate claims, disputes and assisting the company in seeking and recommending solutions that are in accordance with legal standards and requirements
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Legal Department
- Familiar and capable in handling land acquisition, corporate law, business law, contract law and any related for the business main core
- Capable in technical and practical knowledge in legal aspects and matters
- Excellent skill in computer (Ms Office and Internet)
- Experience in telecommunication company
