Legal
Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for the preparation of licensing arrangements, &
- Control of conditions or new regulations (e.g.: new ACT related business company)
- Store documents related to the licensing/legal documents
- Give advice or legal opinions to the leader of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Law
- 3th min experience as Legal Officer/Corporate, preferred in manufacturing company
- Have knowledge and competence in the field of industrial relations, employment law, contract, license manufacturing
- Can make the legal drafting and legal opinion
- Understand the law of treaties and the administration of the filing documents
- Up to date in the development of regulations/LAW in Indonesia
- Have good communication skill
- Mastering the language of English & computers
