Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Min education Bachelor’s degree of Law.
- Min Experience 2 years as Legal Officer.
- Preferably has worked in the mining company
- Placement in the central office (West Jakarta)
- Preferably expert in Legal Drafting (Drafting Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with corporate legal activities
- Reviewing and handle business agreement
- Handle the management of legal documents
- Handle corporate documents, permits, letters
- Resolve the legal issues the company both internally and externally.
