Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the manufacture of mortgage contracts are required
- Responsible for archiving original documents of cooperation between the Company and Developer
- Checking of documents / contracts with outside parties before the document is signed
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree (Law), GPA minimum2.75
- Has knowledge about corporate law and agricultural law
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (finance company)
- Computer literate - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), and Internet
- To be place at Head Office
