medium, micro and mini-buses, vans, four wheels drive, box/pick-up, hi-lift
trucks, low-deck buses, and sedans with the support of more than 2000
employees. We are seeking potential candidates for the following positions:
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Propose and preparing all corporate legal aspect.
- Create a draft MOU, News Events, the contract/agreement, Amendments/Addendum and letter/legal documents with other Users/Vendors and agencies/other companies for the benefit of the company
- Prepare the material percentage, modules, newspaper clippings related to GCG socialization activities for development and GCG in the company
- Prepare documents, guidebooks, etc working paper relating to the implementation of GCG are concerned with.
- Collecting, compiling and printing the material percentage, modules, newspaper clippings, books, guide books, worksheets etc relating to the dissemination and application of GCG in the company.
Requirement:
- Precedence Male
- S1 majors law
- Experience 1 year
- Understand the implementation GCG (enterprises)
- Having the ability to communicate and skill interpersonal has a good ability computer discipline, responsible, creative
