GA & Industrial Relation Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general affairs, industrial relation, and personnel activities to meet operational needs, such as
  • Handling company permit and license
  • Maintaining employee and environment relation
  • Responsible for maintaining and controlling company asset, office, and facilities
  • Maintaining employee data and document
  • Involved in HRGA related projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess bachelor degree in Law from reputable university, with GPA minimum 3.00
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferable
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Fast learner, high motivation and initiative
  • Excellent understanding in Labor Law
  • Interested in field of Human Resource and General Affairs
  • Willing to be placed in GunungSindur, Bogor
