experience in a large number of transactions in the areas of mergers &
acquisitions, capital markets and securities, banking & finance and debt
restructurings.
Mid-Level Associate
Requirements:
- Perfect command in English, written and oral
- Graduated (with excellent academic record) from recognized Indonesian law school
- At least 3 - 4 years experience with corporate and/or finance law firm (for mid-level Associates)
- Proven track records in handling successful corporate and/or banking & finance legal transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature and has a solid base of drafting legal document experience
- Able to manage and execute legal transactions with minimum supervision
