Industrial Relation
Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization complies with labor regulation
- Maintain communication between employees, organization, and other parties
- Handling problems related to Industrial Relation issues
Requirements:
- Male with max. age 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Faculty of Law (reputable University are preferably)
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Relation (preferable)
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication skill, and analytical thinking
- Understand about labor regulation
- Willing to work mobile (outside Head Office)
