Responsibilities:

• Legal aid activities to other work units and Management in order to obtain protection in terms of law
• Perform a standard legal document making companies that are needed by other work units
• Take care of any matters relating to the legality of companies including credit with banks, loans and more
• Did the management of the company's assets in terms of legality

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree in law from top universities
• Have experience in handling Legal Corporate over the last 2-3 years
• Have a knowledge of civil law
• Has experience in the management of the company's assets and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
