Corporate Lawyer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Have knowledge of Articles of Association, business licenses, permits and agreements.
- Able to review and provide meaningful comments on agreements.
- Able to draft letters, agreements, provide advice and negotiable.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Good skill in English (oral and writen) and computer literacy.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem solving.
- Able to work under required time and pressure.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
