Legal Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent corporate legal advice to the Management, in relation to legal aspects of finance transactions, major acquisitions, sales and joint ventures including due diligence, structuring, drafting and execution of the transactions
  • Provide independent corporate legal advice that achieves effective and efficient processes and desired outcomes
  • Ensure the legality of Incorporation activities in relation to mergers or acquisitions to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Drives business performance through others facilitating effective planning, control and support mechanisms to ensure delivery of the business plan in line with market and shareholder expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law (SH)
  • 3-5 years experiences acquired in Law Firm, MNC or JV Company
  • Experience with Legal & Corporate Secretary
  • Corporate law work (desired)
  • Business or law degree (required)
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
