Currently our infrastructure extends to Java, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan and Sulawesi and we are expanding into Maluku & Papua. Legal & Contract Staff

Responsibilities:

• To review and to manage contract agreement with TBIG strategic partners (operators, network providers and principals)
• To complete pending items of content of cooperation agreement (contract)
• To improve and to optimize the terms described in the agreement against actual operational conditions, business risks and company policies
• To develop knowledge base system to fast track and socialise all agreements to related units in TBG

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): legal drafting, Contract Management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent in Telecommunication Industry.
• Have a sense of business in telecommunication industry
• Have a good strategic thinking in commercial, legal, negotiation, and technical areas
• Have a good relationship and negotiation skill
• Have a good analytical skill
