Senior Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:

Chemical MNC Company subsidiaries of Malaysian company Urgently needed Senior Corporate Legal with Jobs Description
as below:
- Draw Up, Prepare, ensure legal Completeness documents
- Collect, Maintain All Legal Document
- Review All Agreement to third party
- Provide Legal opinion and suggestion to company acts
- Handling the registering, update, submitting process of corporate licenses and permit such as SIUP, SKDP, TDP, BKPM, LKPM
- Acts as liaison to third party (ie Lawyer, Police, government servant)
Requirement:
- Candidate must be posses at least bachelor degree Majoring in Law with GPA minimum 3.00
- Required skill (s): Corporate Law, Corporate Legal Matters, Legal Contract
- Required Language (s): English, Bahasa (Written and Verbally)
- Minimum 5 years corporate legal matter experiences
- Having experience how to handling legal permit
- Having experience and experience relating company business and operational licenses
- Hard Working, Fast Learner, Pro Active, Honest, Good analytical Thinking
