law. We were established in 2002 by lawyers from the banking and insurance
sector with the intention to provide legal solutions to the complex issues of
the Indonesian corporate and industrial community. Since our establishment we

Associate
Responsibilities:
- Solving client’s problems comply with the prevailing regulation
- Coordinating with team members from Jurnalis & Ponto Law Firm and other consultants of the clients
- Holding and/or attending any meeting and conference
- Drafting and/or reviewing various Indonesian law agreements and other documents
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years old.
- Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum), graduated from reputable University with minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3,00 from 4,00 scale.
- Have good understanding about corporate law and private law.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs.
- Fluent in English both written and orally.
- Have 2 years experience in the same position (fresh graduate is welcome to apply).
- Hardworking, have eagerness to learn and able to complete multitasking jobs.
- Have good interpersonal skill and appearance.
