Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on labor law, industrial relations, employee contracts and ministry of manpower procedures
- Oversee and support the application and management of licenses and permits. Counsel operational managers on environmental and compliance issues associated with license and permits
- Manage trademark and other intellectual property registrations liaising with internal and external licensors which is necessary. Lead actions against trademark and intellectual property infringements
- Oversee insurance arrangements liasing with corporate head quarters on insurance requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Intiland Tower,Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav 32.
