Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and considerations including but not limited to review of legal documents and legal issues
- Develop, conduct, and analyze the MoU, legal contracts / agreements with third parties, including Commercial Contract and Procurement Contact, by drafting, composing, reviewing, correcting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing in order to enchance Company’s business need and to ensure its compliance with the law and regulations
- Manage and analyze legal advice an opinion related Company’s business issues especially related to Corporate Law, Regulations and Industrial Relations in order to make it comply with the regulation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university in Indonesia
- At least eight (3) years of combined professional experiences in commercial law as an in-house counsel in a company or in a law firm
- Negotiation capability
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, strong organization, presentation skills, and administrative abilities
