Legal Staff
Requirements:
- 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree of Law.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities.
- Willing to be placed at Cibinong, Bogor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective and efficient of the Legal Division
- Provision of legal advisory services
- Ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
- Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
