Responsibilities:
- Legal draft & analysis
- Liaise with authority
- Legal due diligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- At least 2 years experience in corporate law, preferabbly with legal or financial institution
- Hold PERADI license
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s laws and regulations, as well as foreign-international laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate throughout all channels/levels
- Good organization and management skills
- Good work ethics and excellent leadership skills
- Strong oral and written both in Indonesian and English
