Legal Staff Marketing Support

Requirements:

• Prepare, keep and control land document
• Input land document database, IMB and PBB to ensure it have already computerized
• Monitor land document and PBB so that the document is complete and PBB is paid on time
• Check the land document and PBB and help reminding incoming payment
• Prepare the documents related to the Lender Bank to be smooth in cooperation process

Requirements

• Maximum age 25 year old
• Bachelor degree in Law, from reputable university with GPA ;2.75
• Preferable candidates who Understand property legal document and transaction
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work mobile, preferable candidate who have SIM A / SIM C
• Working Location: Karawaci - Tangerang
