Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Take care of all the legal documents and legal issues that occurred within the company
• Reviewing the legal corporate activities, reviewing and dealing with business agreements, as well as deal with legal document management
• Do the handling of legal contract (procurements, tender and Litigation)
• Providing legal opinions to the company.
• Represent the company if problems occur on the Court
• As the commissioning companies, namely preparing and taking care of legal documents
• Other things that are relevant to the legal company

Requirements:

• Education Bachelor of law and experienced
• Can do legally documenting
• Can operate either with MS Office
• Fast Learner
• Like the work of a routine nature
• Communicative, dynamic and capable supel, in collaboration with the good
