Legal & GA officer
Responsibilities:
- Being able to take care of company documents, permits, and letters relating to the GA as: Designing and Reviewing Contracts, licenses Handling Process Company (TIN, Business License, TDP, Description Domicili Company, Business Transactions, Legal Opinion Content, Contract Work (KK), Corporate Regulation (PP) Employment & Labor Agreement, Bipartite negotiations, Mediation, Conciliation, Arbitration, Termination of Employment (FLE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law
- Having working experience in Law Matters as follows: Corporate Law, Business Law, Legal Licenses, Legal & document administration
- Computer literate (MS Office : MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Having communication skill, strong initiative, well organize, adaptive, analyze skill, problem solver, honest and discipline
