Legal & GA Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Law
- Age max 32 years old
- Fluent in English, written and oral (interview will be conducted in English)
- Having min 2 (two) years working experience in Law as follows:
- Drafting Legal Agreement
- Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues
- Liaising with the company's external lawyers in case of litigation
- At least 2 two(s) of working experience in prominent law firm or multinational company will be a big advantage
- Having skill in General Affair Management such as controlling office environment, monitoring company’s assets, managing operational vehicle and Car Ownership Program as well, etc
