portfolio of projects in Indonesia. The practice promotes a strong work/life
balance. Ideal candidates will posses design flair, sound technical ability and
several years post qualification experience.
Property Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Higher education Degree/S2 specialisasi Law in the field of Real Estate/Property
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Legal Real Estate/Property, notary public
- Capable of working on Legal Contracts and understand the valid legislation
- Mastering English good oral and writing
- Implement the follow-up monitoring documents have been/should be made to notary
- Preferred experience as Legal in bank and MORTGAGE products and understand KPM
- The document analyzes the potential debtor and a guarantee document
- Credit/financing arrangements and completeness of other documents needed for credit/financing contract
- Coordinating with related divisions and notary for the preparation and execution of contract credit/financing
- Organize and carry out credit/financing contract
Responsibilities:
- Organized, self motivated, driven and high
- Self driven and result oriented is a must
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
