Responsibilities:
- To review and to manage contract agreement with TBIG strategic partners (operators, network providers and principals)
- To improve and to optimize the terms described in the agreement against actual operational conditions, business risks and company policies
- To develop knowledge base system to fast track and socialise all agreements to related units in TBG
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): legal drafting, Contract Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent in Telecommunication Industry.
- Have a sense of business in telecommunication industry
- Have a good analytical skill
