Business Legal

Requirements:

• Male, with maximum 40 years old.
• Education background: Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Law major with min. CGPA score: 3,0 (scale of 4,0)
• Min. five (5) years of working experience in Legal area with several projects, such as;
• Contract Drafting and Review (Contract Administration), Investment (Property Development), Stock Exchange Trading, Corporate Acquisition, Joint Venture (KSO), International Trade, Customs Clearance, Construction Industry, Land Clearing, and any other Corporate Permit.
• Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.
