Infrastructures throughout Indonesia to serve Wireless Operators. ISO 9001:2008

developt telecommunication infrastructure under standard operation procedure
which concern to Safety and Health environment during development stages
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Report to SITAC / Legal Director
- To draft and review company contract and agreement with client, community, government etc
- To check and review Legal papers / documents as requirement for Permits
- Assist Site Acquisition Team in terms of Legal Permits
- To Communicate and Negotiate with client in terms of Legal Permits
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 Years old
- Minimum S1 in Business Law from reputable University
- Minimum 2 years experience as Legal Staff in Telecom Project
- Having a good skill in drafting and reviewing contract and or agreement
- Strong Leadership, interpersonal relationship, negotiation and lobbying
- Team player, problem solver, able to work under pressure
- Excellent in communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Good in spoken and written English
- Location: Jakarta
- Salary: Negotiable
