Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handling and preparing all legal documents required to obtain or renew a license in accordance to operate the store
• Developing operational reports on legal activities relating to licensing in the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Attend to details and have strong skills in legal documentation and legal research
• Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Good understanding of any aspect of Indonesia law.
