Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male
- S1/S2 education law (Civil/business law), graduated peradi take precedence;
- Master of computer applications and active English-speaking;
- Have the ability of analysis, leadership, discipline, honesty, high integrity and willing to evolve;
- Able to work under pressure, independent, proactive, detail oriented and have good initiative;
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
Special Requirements
- Able to take care of themselves, handle Legal Compliance companies as well as other legal issues;
- Able to arrange legal drafting, opinion and review/analysis of both local and international contracts;
- Master and understand the legislation Law in particular contracts for the company's business and employment;
- Work placements in Kudus – Central Java.
