potential of the Property see so we chose the area South of Semarang tembalang
subdistrict with the last of the gan ± 250 Ha, of which the area is the

residential area with low, middle class and low class. PT Bukit Semarang Jaya
Metro established since 1987, is a subsidiary of PT Pembanguanan Jaya Jakarta
that the majority of its shares belonging to the local Government of DKI
Jakarta. Some of the projects we've developed include Bukit Jaya Kencana
(1987), Emerald Hill (2007), Jaya Pandanaran Hills (2008 s/d now stage 3),
Bukit Mutiara Jaya I (2009), Bukit Mutiara Jaya II, Bukit Jaya Fluorite (2010)
and Bukit Permata Alam (2010). In the spirit of putting forward innovative
customer needs and beliefs of the PT.The Metro Jaya Semarang will retain the
confidence and spur further growth in our development.
