PT Indomobil Prima Niaga first established and operational in Jl. Kingdom Gubeng No. 17, Surabaya. On October 5, 1995. The number of employees 8 people and facilities 1S. With sales at the beginning of <50 units / year. In 1998, the monetary kriris hit Indonesia, but PT Indomobil Prima Niaga persisted despite the Development in the Kingdom Kletek No. 09 has been completed but not yet operational. On 9 September 2001, finally began operational Kletek (in the form of the old building). Number of employees 35 people and cover the sales area in Sidoarjo and Surabaya. In 2007, PT Indomobil Prima Niaga sales by opening a branch in MALANG and 1 Sub Dealers TATAR MAIN SENTOSA Tulungagung area. Until now, PT Indomobil Prima Niaga has registered shop spare network of 180 network. On July 6, 2011, PT Indomobil Prima Niaga opened a new showroom and employs 110 people in Jl Raya Kletek No. 09 Sidoarjo.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Creating / reviewing the agreement / legal contract
• Handles the issuance of permits - permits companies, monitoring, & archive
• Prepare the necessary documents related to legal affairs
• Assist the implementation of HR procedures

Requirements:

• Maximum age 25 years
• S1 Legal minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have a minimum of 1 year
• Master licensing and maintenance of legal documents (notarization, business licenses, and so on)
• Have extensive legal insights
• Master of computer applications (MS Office)
• Has personality and good communication skills
