Responsibilities:

• Promoting knowledge and understanding about corporate governance principles, providing relevant information, as well as promoting and monitoring compliance among the Board of Directors
• Communicating with shareholders on their legitimate rights and on the Bank’s information, and serving as a communication center between shareholders and directors and executives

Requirements:

• Having basic knowledge in business, accounting, laws and regulations governing securities/commercial banking business/multi financing/assets management, preferable in a public listed company.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
