Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare any legal documents particularly on the client propose incorporation at Indonesian Investments Co-ordination Board (BKPM) and various licenses with various regulatory bodies in Indonesia.
  • To conduct research to BKPM and other regulatory bodies.
  • Drafting and reviewing Board Resolutions.
  • Drafting and reviewing Deed/Articles of Association.
  • Drafting and reviewing contractual agreements including sale and purchase, tenancy and employment agreements.
  • To assist the client and ensure that their business activity adhere and comply with Indonesia’s law and regulation
Requirements:  

  • Bachelor Degree of Law.
  • Must have minimum one (2) years of relevant hands-on working experience (working in a law firm, particularly handling corporate matters, will be an advantage).
  • knowledge of Company Law and Manpower/Labour Law in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Must be meticulous, diligent in all aspects of day to day activities and assignments.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player.
